Mistral is a wonderful family owned retail brand that has 19 stores in the South and South West of England.

With a loyal following built over 25 years, the brand had been built up via traditional channels and an ever-expanding property portfolio.

Like many such brands, Mistral got to a position where digital marketing became a resource they had to make work for them, their way.

Prich, working with digital specialist experts Resolution Design, has helped develop a long term digital strategy whereby Mistral carefully tested various digital routes to market before embracing those that worked best.

This strategy covered content creation, social media use, email marketing, Google AdWords policies and the introduction of a bespoke CRM system.

This ongoing process will continue at a pace that involves key Mistral staff so that they both appreciate and champion digital marketing.
