Prich was lucky enough to have learned from wonderful mentors in the early part of his career. This taught the importance of championing mentoring programmes – be they official or unofficial.

This approach was especially proven when managing a global team based all over the world to deliver multi million dollar returns, way beyond set targets, as part of the FIFA programme.

Mentoring should not be just at the workplace. For many years Prich was a mentor for young entrepreneurs through the Prince’s Trust, helping young people with plans to run businesses as diverse as photography and being a DJ!
